Who are we and what we offer
Speedster Pty Ltd. is racing establishment that supplies goods and services within the motorsports and fashion industry. Our offerings include driver management, training and racing in all formats of karting and sim-racing. We are not limited to indoor or outdoor events.
Membership
Membership applications are reviewed before acceptance. We may decline or terminate a membership where conduct, safety rules or payment terms are not met. Tier benefits may change with reasonable notice, and pricing updates and changes is upon our discretion.
Race Events and Safety
It is important to disclose that Motorsport carries inherent risk. Drivers must follow safety rules at race events/tracks, marshal instructions and any minimum age or height requirements. Guardians must consent for drivers under 18. Speedster Pty Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for damage caused upon drivers, their injury or even death, upon racing at our events or any acts of God such as natural disasters etc. All injuries must be upon ownership of the driver.
Bookings and Payments
Race Event entries and experiences are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellation terms are shown at the point of booking. Should a cancellation take place, kindly note that No Refunds are offered, only Credit Notes would be supplied.
Media, Content and Data
Timing data, results and media captured at race events and leagues will be published for business purposes on our social media and website. If you are a parent and do not want your minors full facial image to be shared, please contact us and we can try to remove it if possible. Most races will be captured with helmets on, aside from Sim-Racing events.
